No, don't panic, everything is fine, but we just wanted to ask you a favour. I know we've already asked, but that was a polite and very British 'if you wouldn't mind, awfully' kind of request. This time... Well, yes, this time you could class it as a bit of last minute begging.

We'd like to win - we're only little and it would make absolutely everyone in the company feel really great. Our closest rival is furniture giant, IKEA, who do also rock (often from left to right, if you get me to assemble anything) but, you know. Any help you could give would be gratefully appreciated.
